Business
Business at Teddington School provides students of all abilities and aspirations with the opportunity to investigate businesses ranging from small enterprises to large multinationals, operating in local, national and global contexts.
Students learn to apply their knowledge and understanding to business decision making, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The curriculum develops their critical thinking skills by featuring contemporary case studies which are chosen to emphasise the interdependent nature of business activity, influences on business, business operations, finance, marketing and human resources.
Students will be able to confidently investigate, analyse and evaluate commercial business opportunities and issues while justifying their decisions using both qualitative and quantitative data.
