Dear Families,
You will find a link here to complete a survey if you are considered a keyworker and require support from the school to enable your child to work in school. 
The Prime Minister's definition of a keyworker is the NHS, Police, delivery drivers or social care. 
I appreciate that it is a very tight turn around, however, can you please complete this survey by 3pm today.
